Ursula Vernon is one of the most talented fantasy artists I know of. And she doesn't do that po-faced fantasy crap either (though I'm sure she could). She does sweet, thoughtful, or downright weird pics. It's excellent! :)
She's also (as you can see) astonishingly prolific.
